Banker Wire supplies all products with the highest standards of quality.
Because many of our items are made to order or cut to size, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If you believe your product is defective or was damaged during shipping, contact us at sales@bankerwire.com within 30 calendar days of your order date. Claims must include order details, photos of the issue, and any relevant documentation. Products confirmed as defective or damaged will be replaced or refunded.
Returns for non-defective items are not accepted. This includes items ordered by mistake, items no longer required, cut to size material, or any custom or special-order products.
Business customers and private consumers are both subject to this policy. Products refused at delivery will incur return freight charges.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
