The Club Level renovations of the Baltimore stadium include a custom ceiling design using M22-46 woven wire mesh pattern. The sheets of mesh were supported by large curved steel supports and attached using visible fasteners. Even though the wire mesh is considered rigid, it does flex enough to follow a structure that is curved and shaped. As long as the mesh is supported the mesh will follow suit naturally.
In addition to the large curved ceiling, standard 2×2 drop in ceiling tiles can be found using standard 15/16″ “T” grid. These sections act as light diffusers casting shadows from the mesh against the walls of the open space.
