Maverick Activity Center, UT-Arlington

The renovation of the Maverick Activity Center at the University of Texas – Arlington transformed the 1960's building into a modern and inviting place for students to exercise and socialize.

The 3" Mesh .192 (L-196) Lockcrimp wire mesh is framed with the Banker Wire Versatile Spine infill panel system to surround this 22,000 square foot fitness zone. The L-196 is strong enough to accept the abuse of flying balls from the 4 basketball courts below as well as to provide a sense of openness to the large space. The V-Spine's thin overall thickness allowed the use of standard glass clips as the mounting hardware to the posts.
