The new catalog showcases Banker Wire’s ability to produce an endless variety of woven wire mesh patterns and manufacture mounting systems.
As the world’s wire mesh manufacturing partner, Banker Wire produces both woven and welded wire mesh for the architectural and industrial industries. The catalog focuses on architectural products and includes more than 60 of Banker Wire’s most popular specifications. It also explains the various ways in which Banker Wire products can be customized and manufactured for virtually any application.
The DI-4 weave is one addition to Banker Wire’s product roster. Available in brass, bronze and stainless steel, this specification demonstrates how various mesh patterns can be combined and customized to suit any vision. Tightly-woven plain crimped wires create visual roughness and texture, which is periodically interrupted by smooth flat wire for an intriguing aesthetic. While DI-4 is an opaque mesh, some light does filter through its 0.035% open area, making it an ideal material for semi-private room dividers, decorative ceilings or wall cladding.
Banker Wire also introduces the delicate S-40 weave in its new catalog. This simple, flat wire pattern has a gently undulating shape for subtle elegance. Its large open area is well suited for millwork and railings. A lightweight weave, S-40 can also be used for cabinetry infill. Because of its flat wire construction, this versatile metal fabric brings unique reflectivity to any application.
Another new product, LPZ-62, can also be used for a wide array of applications. LPZ-62 features both plain crimp and lock crimp in a single weave characterized by strength, durability and a clean, consistent aesthetic. Available in aluminum, copper, brass, mild steel, stainless steel, pre-galvanized and Galfan® wire, LPZ-62 will complement any design vision.
